Muara Takus Temple is a Buddhist temple site located in Muara Takus Village, XIII Koto District, Kampar Regency, Riau, Indonesia. This location is approximately 135 kilometers from Pekanbaru City.

Archaeologists have not determined exactly when this temple site was founded. Some say the 4th century, others say the 7th century, 9th century, and even the 11th century. However, this temple is considered to have existed during the golden era of Srivijaya, so some historians consider this area to be one of the centers of government of the Srivijaya kingdom. In 2009 Muara Takus Temple was nominated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

  • Then, visit to Kampung Cina, Jembatan Siti Nurbaya , Pantai Padang, Pantai Air Manis

  • Lunch at a local restaurant

  • After lunch at a local restaurant, visit to Grand Mosque Of West Sumatra.

  • Then, go to Bukittinggi. A brief stop at Anai Valley for sightseeing the beautiful Waterfall

  • Visit Pandai Sikek for shoping local crafts

  • Arrive at Bukittinggi, dinner at lokal restaurant.

  • Check in Hotel and rest

DAY 02: MINANGKABAU TOUR (B/L/D)

  • Breakfast at the Hotel

  • After breakfast at the hotel,go to Batang Palupuah to see Rafflesia Arnoldi.

  • Lunch at local restaurant

  • After lunch at local restaurant, visit to Istano Basa Pagaruyung Minangkabau palace in the past

  • Go back to Bukittinggi and dinner at local restaurant

  • After dinner at local restaurant, transfer to the hotel.

  • Back to the hotel and rest of free program

 DAY 03: BUKITTINGGI TOUR – PEKANBARU (B/L/D)

  • After breakfast at the hotel,check out Hotel

  • Visit to Sianok Canyon, Fort de Kock, Jam Gadang, Pasar Atas/Pasar Bawah.

  • Go to Ulu Kasok which is in Kampar Regency, Riau

  • Then, go to Candi Muara Takus.

  • After lunch at local restaurant, explorer Candi Muara Takus. Then, go to Pekanbaru.

  • After dinner at local restaurant, transfer to the hotel.

  • Check in Hotel and rest

 DAY 04: PEKANBARU TOUR – AIRPORT (B/L/-)

  • Setelah makan siang, menuju Masjid Raya Sumatera barat

  • Selanjutnya menuju Bukittingi, singgah di Lembah Anai untuk menikmati air terjun Lembah Anai

  • Mengunjungi pusat kerajinan lokal Kulit Minang Kayo

  • Sampai di Bukittinggi, Makan malam di restautant lokal

  • Setelah makan malam, menuju Hotel.

DAY 02: MINANGKABAU TOUR (B/L/D)
